Can an aviation medical certificate replace the USCG CG-719K form? Learn the rules for your USCG license.
No, the USCG will only accept the USCG 719K physical form. No other physical is accepted in its place, unless you are working for Military Sealift Command and complete a DD2807 or DD2808.
Some quick tips on your USCG Medical for your License
The USCG Medical team only accepts one big pdf file for all 10 pages. You need to turn your medical paperwork into a pdf. We recommend using the free Adobe Scan App on your phone or you can use a scanner.
